REFUND POLICY

At AI Downloadables Lab, we want customers to understand what they are purchasing before completing an order. Because most of our products are digital and can be accessed or downloaded shortly after purchase, our refund policy is different from the return policy for a physical product.
1. Digital Products
Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, purchases of downloadable digital products are generally final once the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

Other downloadable files or digital resources
2. Refunds for Technical Problems
If you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents you from receiving or accessing the digital product you purchased, please contact us.
We will first make reasonable efforts to correct the problem, resend the download, replace a corrupted file, or otherwise provide access to the purchased product.
If we are unable to provide the purchased product after reasonable troubleshooting, we may issue a full or partial refund as appropriate.
3. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us as soon as possible.
After we verify the duplicate transaction, we may refund the duplicate charge.
4. Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged an incorrect amount, please contact us promptly with your order information so we can review the transaction.
If an incorrect charge is confirmed, we will take reasonable steps to correct it.
5. Change of Mind
Because digital products cannot be physically returned after access or delivery, we generally do not provide refunds solely because:
You changed your mind
You no longer need the product
You did not read the product description before purchase
You expected different content when the product description accurately described what was included
You purchased the wrong product by mistake and the product has already been accessed or downloaded
You do not achieve a particular personal, financial, business, employment, or other result
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
6. Compatibility and Third-Party Software
Some products may require common software, applications, AI platforms, PDF readers, spreadsheet programs, design tools, or other third-party technology.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, customers are responsible for confirming that they have access to any software or technology necessary to use the product.
A refund is not ordinarily provided because a third-party platform changes its features, pricing, interface, availability, or policies after purchase.
7. AI-Related Products
Many AI-related products contain prompts, workflows, strategies, templates, or instructions intended to improve or simplify the use of artificial-intelligence tools.
AI outputs can vary and third-party AI platforms can change over time.
A particular AI response, business outcome, financial result, or other specific result is not guaranteed, and dissatisfaction with an AI-generated result alone does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.

9. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned through the original payment method.
Processing time after a refund is issued may depend on the payment processor and your financial institution. Ai Downloadables Lab notes that customer refunds can typically take several business days to appear after they are issued.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a problem with a purchase, we encourage you to contact us first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically establish that a refund is owed.
Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may be challenged using order, delivery, download, communication, and transaction records where permitted.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or waive any refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
If applicable law grants you rights that are more favorable than this policy, those rights will apply.
