DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE
Effective Date: August 10, 2026
This Digital Product License explains how products purchased or downloaded from AI Downloadables Lab may be used.
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a digital product from AI Downloadables Lab, you agree to the terms of this license.
1. License Grant
Unless a specific product page states otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the digital product.
You are purchasing permission to use the product under this license. You are not purchasing ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
2. Products Covered
This license may apply to digital products including:
PDFs
Ebooks
Guides
AI prompt collections
Prompt libraries
Templates
Worksheets
Checklists
Planning materials
Digital artwork
Educational materials
Business resources
Downloadable files
Other digital content sold or provided by AI Downloadables Lab
A product-specific license may replace or supplement this general license when stated on the applicable product page.
3. What You May Do
Unless otherwise stated for a particular product, you may:
Download the purchased product for your own use
Save reasonable backup copies for your own use
View the product on your personal devices
Print reasonable copies for your own personal use
Use worksheets, checklists, templates, and similar materials for your own activities
Use information learned from the product in your personal life or business
Enter purchased AI prompts into AI tools for your own permitted use
Modify editable templates for your own permitted use
Use outputs you independently create with the assistance of our instructional materials, subject to the terms and rights of any applicable third-party platform
4. What You May Not Do
Unless you receive express written permission or purchase a license specifically allowing it, you may not:
Resell the digital product
Redistribute the digital product
Give copies to friends, family members, coworkers, clients, customers, students, or other third parties
Share your download link
Upload the product to a shared drive, membership site, file-sharing service, public website, social-media group, or online marketplace
Repackage the product and sell it under another name
Claim the product or its protected content as your own
Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or ownership notices
Copy substantial protected portions into another ebook, course, guide, prompt pack, template collection, or commercial product
Use the product as private-label-rights or master-resale-rights content unless that permission is expressly included with the product
Sublicense, assign, transfer, or otherwise convey your license to another person
5. AI Prompts and Prompt Collections
Some AI Downloadables Lab products may contain AI prompts, prompt structures, examples, workflows, explanatory text, organization, commentary, or instructional material.
You may use purchased prompts with compatible AI systems for your own permitted purposes.
However, purchasing a prompt collection does not give you permission to reproduce or redistribute the collection itself, its original selection and arrangement, accompanying explanations, instructional material, graphics, branding, or other protected content.
You may generally use the results you generate through third-party AI systems subject to the applicable AI provider's terms, policies, and any rights held by others.
AI Downloadables Lab does not control the ownership rules or output policies of third-party AI platforms.
6. Templates
If a product includes an editable template, you may customize that template for your own permitted use unless the product states otherwise.
You may not sell, distribute, sublicense, or provide the original template—or a substantially similar copy of it—as a standalone template or competing digital product unless commercial redistribution rights are expressly granted.
7. Business Use
A personal-use license does not necessarily prevent you from applying information you learn from a product in your own business.
For example, you may generally use strategies, knowledge, workflows, or skills learned from a guide to operate your business.
However, you may not reproduce or distribute the protected product itself to employees, clients, customers, students, or other persons unless the applicable license specifically allows that use.

8. Commercial-Use Products
Some products may specifically include commercial-use rights.
When commercial rights are included, the product description or accompanying license will explain what commercial uses are permitted.
Commercial-use rights do not automatically include:
Resale rights
Master resale rights
Private-label rights
Redistribution rights
Sublicensing rights
unless those rights are expressly stated in writing.
9. Free Products
Free downloads and lead magnets remain subject to this license unless a different license accompanies the product.
The fact that a product is provided free of charge does not place it in the public domain or authorize redistribution.
10. Intellectual Property
AI Downloadables Lab retains all rights not expressly granted under this license.
Original written content, graphics, product organization, instructional materials, branding, downloadable files, and other protectable content may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
U.S. copyright law protects original works of authorship fixed in a tangible medium and gives copyright owners rights that include reproduction and distribution of protected works.
11. Ideas, Methods, and General Knowledge
This license is not intended to claim ownership over ideas, facts, general knowledge, procedures, systems, methods, or concepts that are not protected by copyright.
Copyright protects original expression rather than ideas, procedures, processes, systems, methods, concepts, principles, or discoveries.
12. Third-Party Materials
A product may reference or interact with third-party software, AI systems, websites, trademarks, services, or content.
Third-party materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.
Nothing in this license gives you rights in third-party intellectual property beyond those granted by the applicable third party or applicable law.
13. Unauthorized Distribution
Unauthorized sharing or redistribution can materially harm a digital-product business.
If we reasonably believe a product is being copied, distributed, resold, or used outside the scope of its license, we may take appropriate measures permitted by law, including terminating access, requesting removal of unauthorized copies, or pursuing available legal remedies.
14. No Transfer of Ownership
Your purchase does not constitute an assignment, sale, or transfer of AI Downloadables Lab's copyright, trademark rights, or other intellectual-property rights.
Only the limited usage rights expressly described in this license are granted.
15. License Termination
Your license may terminate if you materially violate these terms.
If your license is terminated due to a material violation, you must stop using and distributing any copies of the product that are not otherwise permitted by law.
16. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the separate Refund Policy published on this website.
Receiving a refund may terminate your license to use the refunded digital product, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
17. Changes to This License
We may update this Digital Product License from time to time.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date when appropriate.
Any product-specific license provided at the time of purchase will continue to govern that product to the extent it conflicts with a later general policy, unless applicable law permits otherwise.
